Film screening of Since thou wast precious in my sight at the Detroit Institute of Arts in part with Detroit Dance City Festival.

Since thou wast precious in my sight is a test of stamina and conviction. Two men engage in a highly athletic duel confronting a simultaneous habit, desire, and grievance to submit. The exhibition of accumulating exhaustion intends to encourage its audience to self-reflect: To whom do we submit? When? Why? What convictions are worth protecting? Are they our own?
